The website https://www.westure.com.au/ and the associated applications (“Site") is owned and operated by Westure Pty Ltd (ABN 12 626 202 293) (t/as and referred as Westure, "we", "us").

ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods can be signed for on delivery. We will not leave goods unattended.

PRICING
Prices shown on the website are in AUD and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. The AUD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted and will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
10% GST is included in the final retail price shown to customers in Australia.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Westure. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Westure, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

COMPENSATION & LIABILITY
You agree to compensate us fully on demand for any liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&C's by you, or arising from the use by any other persons accessing this website using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction. NO WAIVER

Shipping and Delivery Policy
What You Need to Know
Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. Normally the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Extremely large goods will also incur higher delivery rates.

Please note: As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

You may incur additional delivery fees/freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:
Large quantity or bulk orders.
Express or urgent deliveries; or
Non-stock and/or bespoke items
